- Connect with local businesses for sponsorships or donations
- Plan community fundraising events for travel, gear, and team programs
Recruiting Volunteers
- Invite other parents or community members to get involved
- Help recruit coaches or support staff
Advisory & Planning
- Share ideas from other sports or community programs
- Offer guidance for team strategy, growth, and long-term planning
Facilities & Resources
- Advocate for pool time and resources at the rec center
